Performance Marshall fitness coaching is designed to oversee health, fitness or sport performance training for all those looking to make a change.

Drawing from a wealth of experience including 10 years as a professional athlete and clients in multiple countries, I have helped athletes in a variety of sports including bodybuilders, gymnasts, judoka, rugby players and american football players.
But I don’t only work with performance athletes, I have coached health and fitness at gyms in 3 different countries in both private and group settings.

I offer a wide variety of options to my clients with the aim of meeting your specific needs. Whether it is private coaching, group classes, online programming or any combination we will make a plan to fit your schedule, your starting point and your goals. ​

MY LOCATION
Performance Marshall operates primarily from Tan-Ko Kuopio. If you have a gym membership elsewhere then a video tour or visit to your facilities will be arranged before a programme is constructed for you.

What happens when you join Performance Marshall?
If you are considering working with Performance Marshall, the first stage is to set up a preliminary meeting (in person or online). This is a free 30 minute consultation that anybody with interest as a prospective client can book. During the meeting we will discuss your goals/needs and by the end you will have all the information you need to make an informed decision on purchasing services from me.

Private Coaching
- 1 : 1 / Duo Training sessions at Tan-Ko Gym (or other location) designed specifically for your needs.
- Group Training sessions at Tan-Ko Gym (or other location). Similar to 1 : 1 coaching but for groups of 3 - 8. One-off sessions or regular trainings designed to suit the goals of your specific group and booked at suitable times.

Basic Programming

- Custom Programmes designed just for you. Describe your training background, goals and your desired number of training days per week and I will design a programme to fit your needs. Custom programmes do not include other services after the programme design is complete (although assistance is always available if you require).
​- Standard Programmes. Pre-designed programmes designed for set goals and not tailored to individual needs/schedules. No additional services are provided (although assistance is always available if you require).
Programming +
​
- Ultimate package with training programmes designed specifically for you plus additional services included. Together we will track your progress, plan progressions and provide all the support you may need including diet and lifestyle advice. Pro + clients will also receive discounts for private and group training sessions.
